Tulane Betting Analysis

Tulane Green Wave (4-1) won their last game against UAB Blazers with a score of 35-23. The Green Wave are currently on a three-game winning streak and will be looking for their first road win of the season vs Houston.

Michael Pratt, the team’s quarterback, has been excellent with nine total touchdowns and only one interception in his three games as a starter. Makhi Hughes has been the team’s top rusher with 368 rushing yards and three touchdowns, while Lawrence Keys III leads the team with 399 receiving yards and four scores.

Tulane’s strengths lie in their balanced offensive attack, averaging 29.6 points per game, with 230.6 passing yards and 159 rushing yards per game. Their defense has also been solid, giving up just 17.4 points per game.

Memphis Betting Analysis

The Memphis Tigers (4-1) also won their last game against Boise State Broncos with a score of 35-32. While the Tigers squeaked out the victory, they gave up over 500 yards of total offense, including nearly 400 through the air.

Seth Henigan, the team’s quarterback, has been terrific with 1,376 passing yards and ten touchdowns, while Blake Watson, the team’s top rusher, has carried the ball 77 times for 455 yards and six touchdowns this year.

Memphis’ strengths are their ability to come up with third-down stops and control the tempo of the game, which are among the best in the conference. The Tigers must work on cleaning up turnovers, however, as they’ve turned the ball over multiple times in every game but one.

Tulane vs Memphis Prediction

Both these teams are coming off their bye week, but it’s clear which one is entering with the most momentum. There are big concerns around Memphis’ defense after they gave up 30-plus points against Boise State.

The Tigers share the same record as the Green Wave, but their victories have come against inferior teams like Arkansas State, Bethune Cookman, and Navy, and they struggled even in those contests. Furthermore, they lost this game to Tulane 38-28 last season.
